Project delivery, from the messy middle.
I'm a project manager and operations leader with 6+ years of experience coordinating cross-functional work across financial and client services environments. I'm CAPM-certified, hold a master's in international relations from Northeastern, and I gravitate toward the problems that sit between people and process — where a well-designed system can turn friction into momentum.
In my current role as Director of Client Services at the National Christian Foundation, I lead agile project initiatives that coordinate vendors, budgets up to $30K, and cross-functional teams toward measurable outcomes. Most recently, that has meant redesigning our client onboarding system, a project that tripled program adoption from 20% to 60% while scaling the monthly cadence to 10+ sessions. Earlier, as a Production Coordinator at Mountain West Financial, I built the communication muscle: routing 300+ daily messages with sub-two-hour response times and helping launch a broker portal that simplified the loan process end-to-end.
I'm drawn to mission-driven work and the kind of operational rigor that stays calm under pressure. When I'm not in the middle of a project, I'm usually on a trail somewhere. Hiking and backpacking are how I think through hard problems. I'd love to hear what you're building, especially if it involves the messy, human parts of making a team or a program run better.
